    This article provides an overview of the Yukon's coal resources and associated economic and regulatory issues. Resource locations and properties are provided and local and export markets reviewed. Coal use is also compared to other regions and to other methods of electricity generation.

    This article provides an overview of the Yukon's hydro resources and associated economic, regulatory, and environmental issues. Yukon hydrology, current utilities, and potential development are explored, along with issues surrounding market potential, competition and stability. Environmental impacts on fish and wetlands are also addressed.
  • Yukon Wind Resources
    This article provides an overview of the Yukon's wind resources and associated economic, regulatory, and environmental issues. Emphasis is on current wind energy developments in the Yukon are described. A discussion on rime icing is included under economic issues.
