Dredging and Quarrying are regulated under the Territorial Lands Act. The Mineral Resources branch regulated Dredging; Quarrying is regulated by the Lands Branch. Environmental assessment for these activities are conducted by the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board.
