Our Mission: To promote menaingful dialogue between the Yukon mineral industry and Yukon communities to facilitate responsible development.

YM2 is planning to organize a workshop based on the First Nation Mineral Exploration and Development Symposium to be held at the Council of Yukon First Nations. YM2 is being led by the Yukon Chamber of Mines, the Klondike Placer Miners' Association, the Yukon Mineral Advisory Board, and the Yukon Mining and Exploration Training Trust Fund.

Representatives from Yukon First Nations Governments, Industry, First Nation development Corps, exploration and mining companies will be in invited to attend. Some of these representatives will include First Nation companies that are already involved in the mining industry.
