The Yukon Public Law Library is open to all members of the public. The library is located in the Law Courts building on Second Avenue in Whitehorse.

• Yukon Law Reports and Canadian case reporters;
• Texts on all aspects of law including criminal, family, aboriginal and administrative;
• Historic and current Canadian legislation in print;
• Criminal Codes, Rules of Court and Practice Directives.

Books may be borrowed for 48 hours
(or longer at the discretion of the librarian).

Computers: We have two public computers that can be used free of charge during library hours for legal research and writing. Librarians offer tutorials on doing legal research on the Internet.
