Court Registries
There are three court registries in the Yukon – in Whitehorse, Dawson City and Watson Lake.
The Whitehorse registry is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and offers a complete range of services, including:

trial coordination – scheduling of matters heard in Territorial Court and Supreme Court

complete range of cash desk services, including receipt of fine payments, bail and restitution payments, and other court-ordered payments

Supreme Court civil filings and family matters such as divorce, custody and adoption
-
Territorial Court – criminal matters, traffic tickets, Small Claims Court and other family matters not heard in Supreme Court (such as those involving support enforcement and child protection)

Yukon Court of Appeal filings

Community Court Registries
The registries in Dawson City and Watson Lake are open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. These registries offer services for:
