Description:

The Environmental Health Services promotes care for the environment as it affects human health. The unit provides information and advice as well as inspections and enforcement services dealing with water quality, sewage and solid waste disposal, food quality, institutional hygiene, and recreation facilities and special events health issues. The unit is also involved with communicable disease control.
