You may be eligible for a reduced interest rate on your mortgage if you buy or build a home (or have one built for you) that meets or exceeds the Yukon Housing Corporation's prescribed energy efficiency rating. You may also qualify by upgrading an existing home to the prescribed rating. Clients can borrow up to a maximum of $200,000.
