Description:

Mortgage financing with a 2.5 per cent down payment. Loans are based on a maximum 25-year amortization with a five-year interest rate term based on current market interest rates. Homes must be modest, entry-level and meet Yukon Housing Corporation standards and guidelines. You may decide to have a home built for you as prescribed under the Yukon Housing Corporation Green Mortgage Program to qualify for an interest rate reduction.
