This program may provide homeowners on titled property with the opportunity to borrow a low interest loan up to $35,000 to repair and upgrade their principal residence. Our Technical Officers evaluate your home based on the following components:structural, electrical, plumbing, heating system, fire safety, overcrowding, energy efficiency and accessibility.
