Description:

Only charitable groups may qualify for a gaming licence. Conducting a gaming event without a licence is a Criminal Code offence. Eligibility requirements for a gaming licence, the information booklet, application forms, the steps necessary to obtain a gaming licence and the financial report forms are available. Application forms are accepted and processed year-round.
