Description:

This program provides mortgage financing with a 2.5 per cent down payment. Loans are based on a maximum 25-year amortization with a five-year interest rate term based on the current market interest rates. Mortgage financing will cover the pay-out of land, the purchase of a mobile home or the pay-out of an existing loan against the mobile home owned by the applicant(s), relocation of the mobile home and set up costs. The home must be modest, entry level and meet Yukon Housing Corporation standards and guidelines.
