Description:

This program may provide mobile home owners who live in their dwelling, on rental property, with the opportunity to borrow funds to repair their home, subject to a maximum loan amount based on the market value of the mobile home after repairs. A pre-condition of the loan is that after repairs the mobile home is moveable (i.e., not permanently connected to a foundation).
