Description:

Consumer Services administers the laws that set out the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants. Our role includes providing information about residential renting to tenants and landlords and handling complaints about possible breaches of the legislation. Rentals Officer arbitration of a dispute is available by written request of the landlord and tenant.
