Timber permits can be obtained from your local Client Services and Inspections District office.
What process do I follow to get a timber permit?

Who approves the timber permit?
If the permit is up to 1000 m3 the district Natural Resource Officer will approve the timber permit. If it is over 1000 m3 it will be approved jointly by EMR’s District Natural Resource Officer and the Forest Management Branch.
