Over time, Energy, Mines and Resources is committed to developing a forest policy framework, new forest legislation and regulations. Official paper copy of these acts and regulations can be obtained for a nominal fee.

Energy, Mines and Resources is currently in process of developing new forest legislation and regulations for the Yukon. There will be opportunities for the public to review and comment on the statute as it is developed, watch this site for further developments.
