Corporate Services

The Corporate Services Branch of the Department of Tourism and Culture provides advice and support to the Deputy Minister and departmental staff through human resources management, finance, administration and information management.

The Corporate Services Branch includes:

• Human Resources provides a full range of advice and services in overseeing the recruitment, staff relations, pay, benefits, training advice and services for the department.
  
• Finance and Administration the unit oversees and advises on budgets and related financial documents, financial transactions including all payments, contracts, contribution agreements and is responsible for co-ordinating and consolidating the Public Accounts for the department.  The unit also co-ordinates and monitors the Faciltity Management Agreement, provides for the purchasing of supplies and equipment, inventory control and general reception services for the department.
  
•  Information Management provides for the integrated operationand maintenance of the Department's information systems including  corporate websites and provides for the management, co-ordination and monitoring of Records and ATIPP.
