What's New

Canada and Norway Sign Youth Mobility Memorandum of Understanding: This Memorandum of Understanding will allow Canadians and Norwegians between the ages of 18 and 35 to to engage in short-term employment, complete internships and co-operative education work terms, and to participate in working holidays in each of our countries (October 30, 2006).

Mirele - A Concert about and with Love

Jewish and Arabic folk music interwoven with excerpts (translated into Norwegian) from the Koran, the Torah, Sufism and Kabbalah.
Wednesday, 27 September at Josefine Visescene, Josefines gt. 16, Oslo. Doors open at 7 p.m., concert at 8.30 p.m. Tickets kr. 150/100 at the door.

Norges avtroppende langrennssjef Bjørnar Håkensmoen fikk 7400 bokser med lønnesirup av det canadiske folk som takk for at han hjalp Canada til OL-sølv i sprintstafett. Nå skal alle boksene med lønnesirup gis til det norske folk via arrangementer med Hurtigruten.
