WHITEHORSE LIQUOR STORE CUSTOMER SERVICE SURVEY BEGINS

WHITEHORSE – The Yukon Liquor Corporation will be asking for customer suggestions on how the Whitehorse Liquor Store can serve them better.

Between August 9 and 15, surveyors from the Yukon Bureau of Statistics will be asking shoppers at the Whitehorse Liquor Store to participate in a short survey on what suggestions they have for service delivery and products provided at the store.

"Customer feedback is always good," Jim Kenyon, minister responsible for the Yukon Liquor Corporation, said.  "The gathering of this information is important because we want our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and to be pleased with the purchase they make and the products the corporation sells. The results from this customer survey will influence the way we select and display products."

Yukon Liquor Corporation customers may also complete the survey on-line, at the Yukon Liquor Corporation’s website: www.ylc.yk.ca

All survey participants will have the chance to have their names entered for non-liquor draw prizes and all personal information will be kept in strictest confidence.
