Incumbent will be expected to translate documents, newspaper articles etc. 30% 2. Suitability; ability to serve clients on telephone, visitors in a professional manner. 40% 3. Organizational skills; Incumbent will serve as Embassy “travel agent” making arrangements/reservations; and perform other Administrative tasks etc. 20% 4. Communication skills; Incumbent should portray an ability to write documents such as letters; e-mails. 10% 5. Computer skills; avid user of word perfect and word software. Use of spreadsheets would also be considered an asset.
