Student Transcript & Records Requests

The Yukon Department of Education provides current and former students with an opportunity to access copies of their official Transcript of Grades, and/or their student records.

If you have been out of school for:

less than 5 years:

• Contact the last Yukon school you attended directly and request a copy of your record.

longer than 5 years:

• Complete the on-line transcript request form.
   
  or
  
• Print out a copy of the Transcript and Student Record Request Form , fill in the information required, and either mail or fax the form to the address shown on the form.
