Criteria:

Under-graduate program in any field;

Must meet the definition of a disabled person;

Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident who has lived in Canada for at least two years as permanent resident;

Must be entering their first undergraduate degree program in a Canadian degree granting post-secondary institution.

Students may re-apply each year to a maximum of 4 years.
