Grade 12 student from a Yukon secondary school;

Accepted to an eligible institution in minimum 1 year program;

Single parent (maximum age 25);
-
Not eligible if recipient of another major scholarship of $500.00 or more.

Preference in awarding the scholarship will be given to a graduate who has participated in the Teen Parent Centre program and completed the major portion of his/her training in the Yukon educational system. Both financial need and academic achievement will be taken into consideration. In any given year, the committee may not award the scholarship if no suitable candidate has applied.
