| In Force: | No. 126. (1) The provisions of this Act, other than subsection 11(3) and sections 64, 67 to 76 and 125, come into force or are deemed to have come into force on October 1, 2006. (2) Subsection 11(3) comes into force on a day to be fixed by order of the Governor in Council. (3) Section 64 comes into force or is deemed to have come into force on April 1, 2007. |
