The eBusiness Initiative Web site section is an excellent
place to find information and learn more about eBusiness’
multiple projects. It contains links to services currently
available, details on projects, news updates, frequently
asked questions (FAQs) and contact information. This section
also provides you with an opportunity to share your valuable
thoughts, feedback and ideas with the eBusiness Team.

June 2005
CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC have expressed their intent to develop
ResearchNet, a portal that will facilitate communication and collaboration between
researchers, students, peer reviewers and research administrators. The portal will
provide a common place where the Canadian research community can obtain information,
apply for funding, share ideas, collaborate on research projects, perform peer review
activities, and manage awards.
The three granting agencies recently began consultations to ensure
the portal's features will meet the community's needs and to develop a
multi-year project plan.
