AllerGen – mobilizing Canadian science to cope with a world of allergies.

AllerGen - (Allergy, Genes and Environment Network) has been launched to radically improve the quality of life for allergic/immune disease sufferers. Currently comprised of more than 100 researchers at 20 universities and research facilities plus over 70 Canadian and international partners, we will lead global initiatives and partnerships in the struggle against the developed world’s most prevalent chronic condition. We will support research, multi-disciplined scientific and health networking, commercialization and capacity building. We will mobilize Canadian science to reduce the illness, mortality and socio-economic costs of allergic disease. That is our mandate. MORE
