New Executive Vice-President

Dr. Tom Brzustowski, President of NSERC, is pleased to announce that Dr. Nigel Lloyd has been appointed to the newly created position of Executive Vice-President of NSERC. As of today, he has responsibility for the Council Secretariat, Communications, Corporate Development, and NSERC Policy and International Relations. In his new position, he will ensure the smooth functioning of the Council's operations and its communications with Central Agencies. He will also co-ordinate corporate projects, and lead the action plan in response to the employee survey.

Dr. Brzustowski thanked Dr. Lloyd for his valuable services as Director General, Research Grants and Scholarships. Dr. Danielle Ménard has been appointed Acting Director General until this position is filled permanently.
