Do not apply for this program. Because the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) has changed the orientation of this program to focus on security-related research, NSERC has stopped holding competitions for it. NSERC will, however, honour all financial commitments made to the winners of the final competition (2003-2004) for which the deadline was October 1, 2003.
