Introduction

Welcome to the International Research and Development Office (IRD).

The International Research and Development Office assists the University of Toronto central administration and academic communities in the development of international collaborative agreements and research partnerships. We host incoming delegations from foreign institutions and provide protocol support for outgoing U of T delegations visiting other countries.
