Government Research and Infrastructures ProgramsAssists faculty members in developing proposals for programs that operate at an institutional planning level, providing major resources for personnel, operating, equipment and facilities, and indirect costs. Programs include the Canada Foundation for Innovation, the Canada Research Chairs, Genome Canada, and the Ontario Research Fund (Research Excellence and Research Infrastructure).
ConnaughtAn institutional endowment managed by a special committee of Governing Council, chaired by the President. Annual payout is allocated through peer review to support research, scholarship and graduate training by some of the University's most accomplished or promising faculty members and graduate students.
