OBSERVATORY PROGRAMS
in the
GORDON MACMILLAN SOUTHAM OBSERVATORY

Located right beside the Space Centre is the Gordon MacMillan Southam Observatory, equipped with a 1/2 metre Cassegrain telescope to explore the day and night skies around Vancouver. Telescope observing sessions occur Friday and Saturday evenings and are organized by enthusiastic, qualified staff and volunteers. Admission into the Observatory is by donation so don't miss this opportunity to witness the wonders of the Universe!

Every week an amazing new "Celestial Target" will be highlighted. Everyone is invited to come on down and have all your questions answered, find out how a telescope and observatory work, explore the night skies, participate in exciting kids activities, and more!!!
