Expedited procedure for resolving a consumer and competitive issues
The Commission will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on 24 November
2006 pursuant to the expedited process established in Telecom Circular
CRTC 2004-2,
at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau,
Quebec. At this hearing the Commission will consider the following
application:
- Bell Canada
vs Vidéotron ltée - Part VII application requesting
Vidéotron ltée to discontinue its current practice of
requiring customers who subscribe to Vidéotron's cable telephony
service to discontinue competitors' high-speed Internet service
