2000-24-1 Final standards for quality of service indicators for use in telephone company regulation and other related matters. File No.: 8660-C12-05/99. Correction to Appendix 3 of Decision CRTC 2000-24 dated 20 January 2000.

2000-74 Conditions of Call Originator Billing service for wireless service providers. Reference: 8648-C12-01/97. This decision establishes the general principles for setting the rates, terms and conditions of Call Originator Billing service.

2000-150 SaskTel - Transition to federal regulation. Reference: 8663-S22-01/99. SaskTel will join Canada's other major incumbent telephone companies under the Commission’s jurisdiction on 30 June 2000. This decision provides the parameters for an 18-month transitional regulatory framework to federal regulation that expires 31 December 2001.

2000-212 New depreciation directives established for most independent telephone companies. Effective immediately, the majority of independent telephone companies will benefit from new streamlined and standardized depreciation filing procedures. Current depreciation directives will continue to be used by Québec-Téléphone, Télébec ltée, The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay-Telephone Division and Northern Telephone Limited. 2000-745 The Commission is introducing major changes to the Canadian telecommunications contribution regime, which subsidizes the high cost of local service in rural and remote areas. Reference:  8695-C12-06/99.

2000-746 Long-distance competition and improved service for Northwestel customers. This decision sets out the Commission's determinations to improve telecommunications services in Canada's far north, the territory served by Northwestel Inc. The decision approves a plan to extend and improve the telecommunications network and the associated funding implications, implements long distance competition and approves a regulatory framework appropriate to Northwestel's operating and competitive circumstances.
