Broadcasting Decision:
2006-619 Rogers Cable Communications Inc., Various locations in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador and Ontario. APPROVED – Addition of a condition of licence permitting it to receive distant Canadian signals and U.S. 4+1 signals using its national fibre network, and to distribute those signals to its cable broadcasting distribution undertakings.
Broadcasting Public Notice:
2006-141 The Commission has received various broadcasting applications. Deadline for submission of interventions/comments: 13 December 2006.
Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:
2006-10-1 Further to its Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2006-10 dated 14 September 2006 relating to a Public Hearing which will be held on 14 November 2006 at 9:00 a.m., at the Commission Headquarters, 1 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec, the Commission announces that item # 16 (Novus Entertainment Inc.) is withdrawn from the public hearing.
