Instructions for submitting using epass

Broadcasting

Step 1. Completing your application form

You must complete your electronic application form and all application related documents you are filing with the Commission before completing the Cover Page.

Please note that the file name of the electronic documents attached to your application form should reflect the ascending order in which they should appear on the public file and that each file name includes a brief description of the document content. For example, "Doc1-brief description of document"; "Doc2-brief description of document", and so forth. This will ensure that the application and all related documents are presented in the correct order once they are made available for public viewing.

Step 2. Completing the Cover Page

You must submit a broadcasting application and related documents in electronic format using the Cover Page.  In the Cover Page you can identify whether the documents are confidential.  All confidential information must clearly be marked as confidential.

If you are submitting follow-up documents pertaining to an application, select Broadcasting, then choose "other" from the list of available types.  Once you submit the documents, you will receive a confirmation indicating the date and time they were received.
