| Update : To reflect a revision
to the Local line (market share) information due to a change in the input
data. This change impacts the following three tables in the
report:
(1) Table 4.3.1, p. 34 - The total line count is
revised downward by 52 thousand to 20.612 million, which changes our y-o-y
growth from 0.2% to flat.
(2) Table 4.3.4, p. 37 - The incumbent local market share
for BC is revised upward from 92.7% to 94.5%; and
(3) Table 4.3.5, p. 38 - This has a significant impact on
the market share figures for the Vancouver CMA and a negligible
impact for Victoria CMA, as follows:
Vancouver Census Metropolitan Area (CMA) business line market share
split revised as follows:
Incumbents from 73.1% to 81.5%
Out-Of-Territory from 17.0% to
7.5%
Competitors from 9.9% to 11.0%
Vancouver CMA total lines market share split revised as follows:
Incumbents from 87.6% to 90.9%
Out-Of-Territory from 6.2% to 2.6%
Competitors from 6.3% to 6.5%.
