Broadcasting Decisions:

2002-75-1 Rock 95 Broadcasting (Barrie-Orillia) Ltd., Barrie-Orillia, Ontario. The Commission hereby corrects Decision CRTC 2002-75 dated 28 March 2002 in which it incorrectly stated that the new ERP would be 70,000 watts, as had been indicated in Notice of Public Hearing CRTC 2001-12, 8 November 2002. The Commission confirms that the correct ERP is 46,000 watts.

2002-85 Pemberton T.V. Society, Pemberton, British Columbia. APPROVED - Addition of three television transmitters to distribute, in a non-scrambled mode, the signals of the Discovery Channel, CIVT-TV Vancouver and WTBS Altanta.

2002-86 Pemberton T.V. Society, Pemberton Valley, British Columbia. APPROVED - Addition of three television transmitters to distribute, in a non-scrambled mode, the signals of the Discovery Channel, CIVT-TV Vancouver and WTBS Altanta.

2002-87 Bell Globemedia Inc., on behalf of CTV Television Inc. and G and M Business News Limited, general partners in Report on Business Television general partnership, across Canada. APPROVED - Change the ownership structure of the national English language programming undertaking ROBTv.

2002-88 Various licensees, across Canada. Revocation of the licences of exempted small cable distribution undertakings, as noted in the appendix of the decision.

2002-89 William Yuzicapi, on behalf of a corporation to be incorporated, Okanese Indian Reserve, Saskatchewan. APPROVED - Broadcasting licence for a Type B English-language FM community radio programming undertaking at the Okanese Indian Reserve, expiring 31 August 2006.

2002-164 The Commission approves on an interim basis the application by Bell Canada, dated 26 March 2002, to revise General Tariff item 60, Exchange Rate Groups / Bands. Reference: TN 6652A. Eff. date = 17.04.02.
