2002-125 The Commission approves the application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 1 February 2002, to amalgamate General Tariff items 175, 400, 445, 450 and 780 of the former TELUS Communications Inc. (the former TCI) and General Tariff item 146 of the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. (the former TCBC) concerning operator services. 2002-126 The Commission approves the application by TELUS Communications Inc., dated 22 February 2002, to revise General Tariff item 304, Business Value Bundle, in order to withdraw its business value bundle service charge waiver promotion which would have expired on 31 May 2002, due to a change in the marketplace and the company's marketing strategy. 2002-127 The Commission approves the application by the Association des Compagnies de Téléphone du Québec inc. (ACTQ), dated 21 February 2002, to modify the Basic Listing Interchange File Agreement as follows: the title of item 9 on page 6 should read "Use of Basic Listing Interchange File (BLIF)"; and the word "triple" is replaced with "double" in item 17 on page 9. 2002-128 The Commission approves the applications by Bell Canada, dated 20 February and 22 February 2002, to provide DS-1 facilities between the customer's premises in various Quebec independent telephone company exchanges and Bell Canada's various central offices. 2002-129 The Commission approves the application by Bell Canada, dated 1 March 2002, to add General Tariff item 2221, Flex Bundles. This service will enable eligible single line residence customers to customize and easily make changes to their own SmartTouch services and maintenance plans based on their changing needs. 2002-130 The Commission approves the application by Northwestel Inc., dated 22 February 2002, to eliminate item 1004, Inter-exchange Channels of its Private Wire Service Tariff, as the technology used to provide this service is obsolete and there are no customers for this service. 2002-131 The Commission approves the applications by Northern Telephone Limited, on behalf of itself and Télébec ltée (Télébec), dated 18 December 2001, and amended on 14 January 2002 to increase by 10% its rates for the Ontario-Quebec inter-exchange voice-grade and teletype-grade channels.
