Commission approves the application by OTA to review and vary the amount
of contribution subsidy determined for North Renfrew Telephone Company

for comments on the establishment of rules to govern the distribution of

for comments on the channel placement of services whose distribution has

2002-339 The
Commission approves an application by Sogetel inc., dated 11 June
2002, to amend General Tariff item 2.6, Local Distance Charges, in
order to modify the rates for local circuits between buildings located on
adjacent and non-adjacent property. Reference: TN 109.

2002-340 The
Commission denies an application by Le Téléphone de St-Liboire de Bagot
Inc., dated 7 May 2002, to revise General Tariff section 1.2,
Terms of Service, in order to modify the terms indicated in the Order.
