Thunder Bay Telephone - Tariffs for partial cable-distribution system and
support structure services The Commission approves an application by The
Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay – Telephone Division to revise
tariff pages setting out the terms, conditions and rates for the lease of
partial cable systems and support structures. Reference: TNs 94 and
94A.

The Commission received an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant
Telecom), dated 17 April 2002, and amended on 5 June 2002, to revise
Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 900, Promotions; Island Telecom Inc.
General Tariff item 800, Enhanced Local Services; NBTel Inc. General
Tariff item 200, Calling Features, and Special Services Tariff item
5067.1, Call Answer Service; and NewTel Communications Inc. General Tariff
item 370, Miscellaneous Equipment and Services, and item 385, Calling
Features. The Commission approves TN 15A and approves on a final basis TN
15, except for the promotion that was denied in Order
2002-224.
2002-326
The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant
Telecom), dated 19 April 2002 and amended on 10 June 2002, to migrate the
tariff items noted in the order to Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 255,
Standard Service Charge. Reference: TNs 17 and

The Commission approves an application by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated
12 June 2002, to revise NBTel Inc.'s General Tariff item 3805,
Brunswick BCS, in order to increase the rates for the discontinued
Brunswick BCS service by $1.50 per access on all tapers.

The Commission approves an application by Cochrane Public Utilities
Commission, dated 15 November 2001 and amended on 13 December 2001, 4
March 2002 and on 16 May 2002, to revise General Tariff sections: 190 –
Private Branch Exchange (PBX) Service; 210 - Centrex Service; 240 –
Multi-Line Telephone Systems and Key Equipment; and section 400 –
Exchange Radio-Telephone Service, in order to align all of its business
