Telecom Decision:
2002-45 The
Commission approves three consensus reports submitted by the Emergency
Services (9-1-1) Working Group of the CRTC Interconnection Steering
Committee. Reference: 8621-C12-04/02.
Telecom Orders:
2002-331 This
decision replaces the electronic version published on 6 August
2002.
2002-332 The
Commission approves applications by Aliant Telecom Inc., dated
22 November 2001 and 24 January 2002, to delete item 2950,
Megalink Service, from Island Telecom Inc.'s General Tariff, and revise
item 201, Megalink Service of the Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications
Council Regional Services Tariff. Reference: Island Tel TN 560
and APTC TNs 45 and 45A.
2002-333 Forbearance – The Commission approves HuronTel's request to delete
reference to the sale, lease or maintenance of terminal equipment in
sections 120 and 240 of its General Tariff. However, the Commission
denies HuronTel's application for forbearance on section 820, Call
Answer Service. Reference: TN 22.
