Commission approves on an interim basis an application by TELUS
Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 27 August 2002, to add General
Tariff item 519, Ethernet Access Service, and item 520, OC-3 Digital
Network Access (DNA) service and denies TCI's request to withdraw the
Ethernet Access service from the application. Reference: TN 65.

Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI),
dated 30 October 2002, to add Carrier Access Tariff item 215,
Radio Tower Access Service. The Commission approves on an interim basis
TCI's terms, conditions and rates that are currently being billed in
British Columbia for Radio Tower Access service. The Commission directs
that TCI's current tariffs with respect to Radio Tower Access service in
