Telecom Decision:
2002-78 In
part I of this decision, the Commission approves, on an interim basis,
reduced rates for the access and link components of the major incumbent
local exchange carriers' (ILECs') Competitor Digital Network Access (CDNA)
service, effective 1 June 2002. In part II of this decision, the Commission
also addresses issues raised by parties in response to the interim CDNA
tariffs issued by the ILECs pursuant to Regulatory framework for second
price cap period, Telecom Decision CRTC 2002-34,

2002-469 The Commission
received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI) dated 2 October
2002. TCI proposed to revise its amalgamated Carrier Access Services Tariff
item 24, Central Office Link Arrangements for Interconnecting Canadian
Carriers, to introduce optical central office link arrangements for use
