Broadcasting Decisions:

2002-15 Eternacom Inc., Sudbury, Ontario. APPROVED - Addition of a condition of licence which permit the licensee to broadcast a maximum of 4 minutes of commercial messages per broadcast hour on CJTK-FM.

2002-16 Craig Music & Entertainment Inc., on behalf of Craig Wireless International Inc., Winnipeg, Manitoba. APPROVED - Applications by Craig Music & Entertainment Inc. (CMEI), on behalf of Craig Wireless International Inc. (CWII), to undertake a corporate reorganization whereby CWII will acquire radio stations CKMM-FM Winnipeg, CFQX-FM Selkirk, CKXA-FM and CKX-FM Brandon from CMEI and broadcasting licences to continue the operation of the stations. APPROVED - Applications by Standard Radio Inc. to acquire the assets of CKMM-FM, CFQX-FM, CKXA-FM and CKX-FM from CWII, and for broadcasting licences to continue the operation of these undertakings. Licences issued to Standard Radio Inc., will expire on the current dates: 31 August 2003 for CKX-FM and 31 August 2004 for CKXA-FM, CFQX-FM and CKMM-FM.

2002-17 Focus Entertainment Group Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia. APPROVED - Relocation of the transmitter to a site less than .02 km from the original site on Mount Seymour in Vancouver.

Telecom Decision:

2002-5 CRTC sets deadlines for co-location common cost rebates. Reference: 8622-A4-16/01.

Broadcasting Notice of Public Hearing:

2002-1 The Commission will hold a public hearing commencing on 10 April 2002 at 9:30 a.m., at The Metropolitan Centre, 333 Fourth Avenue South West, Calgary, Alberta, to consider various applications. Deadline for interventions: 18 March 2002.

Telecom Order:

2002-60 CRTC denies TCI application to amalgamate certain tariff items. Reference: TCI TN 31.
