2002-100 The Commission approves a request by Northern Telephone Limited (Northern) to change its monthly charges for late payment from 1.25% to 1%. The company also proposes to include the formula which describes the relationship between the late payment charge and the Bank of Montreal's prime rate. Reference: TN 169. Eff. date = 25.02.02.
