Broadcasting Notices:
2002-1 The
Commission has received an application from Houssen Broadcasting Ltd.,
Moncton, New Brunswick. To amend the licence of radio station CKOE-FM by
deleting the condition of licence prohibiting the broadcast of commercial
messages. Intervention deadline: 19 February 2002.
Telecom Orders:
2002-21 The
Commission approves, on an interim basis, the proposal by TELUS
Communications Inc. (TCI) to transfer responsibility for inside wire to
customers in the City of Edmonton and to make revisions reflecting the
terms and conditions under which the service provider demarcation point
will move in existing multi-dwelling units in the City of Edmonton.
