2002-43 Network planning information. The Commission approves TN 6626 and approves, on a final basis, TN 6610 as amended by TN 6626. Reference: Bell Canada TNs 6610 and 6626.

2002-44 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom on behalf of itself, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc. on 14 December 2001. Reference: Aliant Telecom TN 2, Island Tel TN 561, MTT TN 808, NBTel TN 869 and NewTel TN 662.

2002-45 The Commission approves, on an interim basis, an ex parte application filed by Aliant Telecom on 21 December 2001. Reference: Aliant Telecom TN 3 and APTC TN 47.

2002-46 The Commission approves Aliant Telecom's request to extend to 1 May 2002 its promotion for customers in Nova Scotia who subscribe to the company's residential network exchange and advanced services offer, for a minimum of four months. Service connection charges will not apply to those customers and they will receive a credit equal to the price of one month's network exchange service. Reference: APTC TN 48. Eff. date = 01.02.02.

2002-47 The Commission approves the Master Agreement for Local Network Interconnection between MTS Communications Inc. and AT&T Canada Corp. Reference: 8340-M3-0824/00.

2002-48 The Commission approves Northwestel's request to restructure Centrex service offering into three feature packages; introduce Centrex service in Yellowknife, Fort Nelson and Inuvik; introduce a one-year contract period with automatic renewal; and decrease the number of line groups from six to four. Reference: TNs 766 and 766A. Eff. date = 01.02.02.

2002-49 The Commission approves Northwestel's request that calls placed to Russia and Greenland using the company's prepaid calling cards during the month of March 2002, be rated at $0.50 per minute. Reference: TN 770. Eff. date = 01.03.02.

2002-50 The Commission approves Northwestel's request to include custom calling features (CCF) and call management services (CMS) into one section entitled Enhanced Calling Features; increase CCF and call return monthly rates to one standard rate of $5 for residential customers and $7 for business customers; increase residential voice mail boxes rates by $1; remove the current CCF packages and introduce discounts for all CCF, CMS and specific voice mail boxes; and implement a free for 30-day trial period promotion for new subscribers to CCF, CMS and specific voice messaging services. Reference: TNs 771 and 771A. Eff. date = 01.02.02 for the promotion and 01.03.02 for all other revisions.

2002-51 The Commission approves Quadro's request to eliminate two-party line service for residential customers, and to upgrade all those lines to private lines at no charge to the customers until the upgrade is completed. Reference: TN 20. Eff. date = 06.02.02.

2002-52 The Commission approves Télébec's request to increase the monthly rates for its residential Call answer service by $1 and its business Call answer service by $2. Reference: TN 274. Eff. date = 15.02.02.

2002-53 The Commission approves Appendices 1 and 2 of Schedule C.1 of the Master Agreement for Interconnection between LECs for GT Group Telecom Services Corp. and TELUS Communications Inc. Reference: 8340-G7-0007/01.

2002-54 The Commission approves the Agreement Specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group between TELUS Communications Inc. and Bell Canada Inc. for the Alberta region. Reference: 8340-T66-0835/00.

2002-55 The Commission approves the Agreement Specifying the Procedures of the Interexchange Carrier Group between TELUS Communications Inc. and Bell Canada Inc. for the British Columbia region. Reference: 8340-T66-0837/00.

2002-56 The Commission approves Appendix 9A, CCS7 transit service, of the Interconnection Agreement between Bell Canada and La Compagnie de Téléphone de Warwick. Reference: 8340-B2-0044/07.
