Today's Releases - June 11, 2002Telecom Decision:2002-36 In this decision, the Commission considers that the proposal from Dryden Municipal Telephone System (Dryden MTS) meets the requirements to separate its financial results of Internet and regulated operations, and, as a result, the Commission approves Dryden MTS' application for forbearance from retail Internet services regulation. Reference: 8638-C12-28/99. Eff. date = 11.06.02. Telecom Orders:2002-234 The Commission received applications by Aliant Telecom Inc. (Aliant Telecom), dated 1 May 2002 and 3 May 2002, to transfer the Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications Council (APTC) Regional Services Tariff item 505, Zero-Dialed Emergency Call Routing Service, to the Aliant Telecom General Tariff item 644. Reference: TNs 18 and 18A. Eff. date = 11.06.02. 2002-235 The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 18 April 2002, to delete the former TCI Special Assembly Tariff items for those services where the initial service periods have expired and customers have terminated service. The company also proposed to delete the former TCI Special Assembly Tariff item Z-114, Customer Specific Business Service, since the customer for this service has terminated its service agreement with the company. Reference: TN 490. Eff. date = 11.06.02. 2002-236 The Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Inc. (TCI), dated 19 April 2002, to revise the former TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc.
