Vidéotron ltée, on behalf of Vidéotron (Régional) ltée, Cabano,
Rivière-du-Loup, etc., Quebec. APPROVED – Transfer of the assets of the
cable undertakings, mentioned in the decision, from Vidéotron (RDL) ltée
to Vidéotron (Régional) ltée. The licences will expire on the dates
indicated in the appendix to this decision.
2002-153
Vidéotron ltée, on behalf of Nouco fédérale, a company to be
incorporated as a first step, and on behalf of Vidéotron (Régional)
ltée, as a second step, La Malbaie and Saint-Édouard-de-Lotbinière,
Quebec. APPROVED - Transfer of the assets of the cable undertakings
serving La Malbaie and Saint-Édouard-de-Lotbinière from
Télé-Câble Charlevoix (1977) inc. to Nouco fédérale and the transfer
of the assets of these companies from Nouco fédérale to Vidéotron
(Régional) ltée. The licences will expire on the dates set out in the
decision.
