Broadcasting Decision:

2002-154 Gary Hooper, Greater Toronto area, Ontario. APPROVED IN PART – Authority to operate ten FM radio programming undertakings on the frequencies noted in the decision, each with an effective radiated power of 10 watts. The licences will be effective from 22 July to 28 July 2002. APPROVED – Request to be relieved from the requirement of section 10.1 of the Radio Regulations 1986.
