Telecom Orders:
2002-122 The
Commission approves, on a final basis, an application filed by Aliant
Telecom Inc. on behalf of itself, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime
Tel & Tel Limited, NBTel Inc. and NewTel Communications Inc.
to transfer Island Tel General Tariff CRTC 11001, item 800; MTT General
Tariff CRTC 10001, item 1600; NBTel Special Services Tariff CRTC 13002,
item 3790; and NewTel General Tariff CRTC 13001, item 387 to Aliant
Telecom General Tariff CRTC 21491, item 308 and to provide Internet call
manager, free of charge for one month. Reference: Aliant Telecom
TN 02, Island Tel TN 561, MTT TN 808, NBTel TN 869 and
NewTel TN 662.
2002-123 The
Commission approves, on a final basis, an application by Aliant Telecom
Inc. to transfer the Atlantic Provinces Telecommunications Council's
Regional Services Tariff item 703, Business loyalty program, to Aliant
Telecom's General Tariff item 302.1, reflecting the extension of the
Business loyalty program to New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.
